About (editorial)
Turning Leaf Auto Repair has run out of 305 Commerce Drive, just off West Henrietta Road in the Henrietta area, since starting operations in 2008 (incorporated in 2014, per its Better Business Bureau filing). It's a general independent shop handling auto repair, oil changes, brake service, and engine work. The BBB lists the business at an A+ rating with zero complaints closed in the past three years, even though it isn't a BBB-accredited business — accreditation and rating are tracked separately by the BBB, and a non-accredited shop can still carry a top rating on a clean record. That pairs with strong platform reviews: 4.8 stars across 145 Google reviews and 4.9 stars across 14 Yelp reviews. The Commerce Drive location puts it within easy reach of Henrietta, Brighton, Chili, and Pittsford.
Clean BBB complaint history (A+ rating, zero complaints in 3 years) plus a long operating history since 2008 — useful signal for Henrietta-area drivers evaluating an independent they haven't used before.
